PSA DISCOUNT CREDIT VOUCHERS FOR 2023 - PLEASE READ!!!

As you recall in 2022 Peugeot/Citroen/DS was forced to cancel or change the cars on MANY reservations. As result of this, they have sent automated emails to those customers (and Travel Agents in cases where we did not have the clients email address provided by the TA), with voucher discounts to be applied towards their 2023 reservations.

Unfortunately the emails sent to those clients are in French, but they are valid emails and you may advise clients to use google translate.

In each case, please forward the emails directly to me like Leslie has done below, with the credit voucher attached just like it is here with the 2022 PSA reservation number (Example here 11508667), and ALWAYS include the clients new paid or with CC added 2023 Auto Europe voucher in subject line like Leslie has done here. I will then send to PSA to have their customer care department apply the discount - Once discount is applied in their booking system (E-CAR) I will have the reduced rate loaded and updated voucher emailed to clients. Some clients are emailing me directly as well and in those cases I have already noted back comments on the credit, you should too to avoid further confusion during this already complicated process.

Heads up, there will be MANY and the process to have the discounted rate applied may be delayed as we have to wait for the E-CAR system to reflect the reduced cost.
